If you're experiencing login issues with Splice in Studio One Pro 7, such as being stuck behind a paywall despite having a subscription or not seeing your samples in your library, follow the instructions in the video to resolve the problem:

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Check Your Logged-In Account:

    • Open your web browser and go to splice.com.

    • Click on your profile icon and select Settings or go directly to splice.com/profile/settings.

    • Verify the account you are logged in to. Ensure it is the account with the active subscription.

  2. Log Out and Log In Again:

    • If you are logged into an incorrect account:

      • Log out of your current account by clicking Log Out.

      • Log in again using the correct account credentials that have the active subscription.

    • Once logged in, the changes may not immediately reflect in the integration.

  3. Update Account in Studio One Integration:

    • Log out of the Splice Studio One integration.

    • Log back in using the correct account credentials.

Alternate Method:

  1. Manual Logout and Login:

    • Log out from the Splice website to ensure complete logout.

    • Open Splice Studio One integration and log out from the current account.

    • Log back in to the integration, specifying the correct account with the subscription.

Additional Tips:

  • Make sure to double-check which account you are using to avoid confusion.

  • Logging out and logging back in helps refresh the account information in the integration.
