How can I cancel my Splice Plan?
You can cancel your plan at any time from the Splice Plans page. Additionally, Splice provides a subscription hold option in which you can pause your plan for a maximum of 2 months.
How to cancel your Splice plan:
Once you're on the Splice Plans page, select the Cancel modal on the plan you wish to cancel.
Once you select Cancel, you'll be prompted to choose a reason for canceling:
Once you've chosen a reason and select Continue, please be sure to select Cancel subscription to ensure you've fully canceled the plan.
How to pause your Splice plan:
Follow the first two steps in the cancellation process. When you reach the option to pause or cancel your subscription, select the Pause subscription modal. A pop-up will appear with a drop-down menu, in which you can choose the option for a 1 or 2-month pause period:
Once you've selected your hold duration, select Submit and you'll be sent to a confirmation page:
How to Cancel your On-Hold Subscription:
Unfortunately, you won't be able to cancel when your subscription has been suspended due to a subscription hold. Reach out to our team at support@splice.com for assistance.
How to Cancel a Suspended Subscription (Declined or Past Due Payments):
