Why is my project not showing up in my Splice dashboard?

Any supported DAW's project files that are saved into the Splice folder will be synced with your Splice account.

Here's a few possible reasons as to why your project is not appearing in your dashboard.

  1. you didn't save your project into the Splice folder. The Splice app only syncs projects saved into the Splice folder
  2. your session file is in the /splice root folder but not in a project subfolder. For example, Ableton Live sessions should be saved as /splice/projectname/projectname.als, and NOT /splice/projectname.als

If your project is still not appearing on your dashboard, email support@splice.com with a description of the problem and we'll get it working for you!
