What to Do if You See "Install Splice" when Splice is Already Open

If you are trying to download a sample/project and are seeing an "Install Splice" error window please try the following:

  • Quit the Splice desktop client by navigating to Preferences, then hit the QUIT SPLICE button at the bottom.  Relaunch the Splice client.

  • Log out of your account on the Splice website and log back in, make sure you are logged into the same account as the desktop client.
