Whether you're subscribed to a Sounds plan or a Rent-to-Own plan, you can cancel your plan at anytime from the Splice Plans page.
If you're cancelling a Rent-to-Own plan, select Manage next to the subscription you wish to cancel. Once you select Manage, select Cancel plan on the progress page.
Select a reason for cancellation.
Then, please be sure to select Yes, cancel plan to ensure you've fully cancelled the plan.
You can cancel your Sounds plan from the Splice Plans page by selecting the Cancel link listed under the Change Plan modal.
Once you select Cancel, you'll be prompted to choose a reason for cancelling:
Then, please be sure to select Cancel subscription to ensure you've fully cancelled the plan.
How to Cancel your On-Hold Subscription:
Splice offers a 1-2 month Subscription Hold option for Sounds subscriptions. To cancel a Sounds plan that is on hold, you'll need to first resubscribe from the Splice Plans page. From there, follow the previous steps provided in this article to cancel the plan.
How to Cancel a Suspended Subscription (Declined or Past Due Payments):
Unfortunately, you won't be able to cancel when your subscription has been suspended due to a declined payment. You can update your payment information to process the past due payment, then follow the cancellation steps provided previously in this article.
