Please make sure that you are signed into the Splice desktop client with an account that has an active KORG plan before you open up your DAW to load your plug-in. While you are on the Rent-to-Own plan, the client needs to verify the plugin once every few days.

In order to resolve this issue, please follow these troubleshooting steps in exact order:

  1. Close out of Splice

  2. Close your DAW

  3. Relaunch Splice and log into the account with the active KORG plan

  4. Open your DAW and launch the plug-in

If you are still having issues, please again close your DAW and reinstall your KORG plug-in directly from the Splice app in the "Apps & Tools" section.

If you have paid off your KORG license, please visit this article.

You can also open the Splice desktop app via KORG by clicking on "Activate"

and then clicking on "Splice"

If your Rent-to-Own subscription is active with payments up to date. Quit the KORG plugin and re-open via your DAW or as a standalone application.
