Best Practices for Signing into the Splice website:
Please be sure you have an existing Splice account before attempting to login.
Please be sure you have a stable network connection.
Please be sure you're visiting the Sign In page, as opposed to the Sign Up page.
If you're unsure of your username, you can also use the email tied to your Splice account to login. Once logged in, you can view your username on the Account Settings page.
If you're logged into the Splice application, you can also find your credentials in the Splice App Preferences:
If you've saved your password and are using an AutoFill feature, be sure to update any password changes.
What to do if you're having trouble logging in to the website:
Note that after 5 failed login attempts, you will be temporarily locked out of your account. Please allow 5-10 minutes before attempting to log in again. We also recommend quitting your browser or refreshing the page.
Be sure there aren't any network monitoring, firewall and/or anti-virus apps blocking the Splice application. (For example, Avast, Bit Defender, Little Snitch, Norton, McAfee, CCleaner, AdBlock Master, or another antivirus or VPN software.)
If you're using AutoFill to enter your password, be sure the saved password is accurate.
Try logging in from a different browser application.
If you need to reset your password, select the Forgot Password? link:
PLEASE NOTE: The password reset email will be sent to the email address on file for your Splice account. Be sure you are using the most recent password reset email sent to you, otherwise you'll receive an error message upon resetting your password. If you no longer have access to the email address on file, you'll need to contact our Customer Experience team for support.

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Splice application. For macOS, you can uninstall by simply quitting the app, and moving it to your machine's trash bin. For Windows 10 uninstall. using these steps. Splice installer can be downloaded here.
