This message appears when a serial number is not recognized in iZotope’s unique serial number format. An official iZotope serial number will always adhere to the following format:
SN-PRODUCTNAME-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
A serial number in this format must be entered in the activation window with the email address to which it is registered in order for activation to be successful. For more information on iZotope product authorization methods, click here.
