If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the Splice Studio One integration in Studio One Pro 7, here are a few things you can try:
Basic Reinstall
In Studio One Pro 7, click on the Studio One tab and select "Studio One Installation."
Next, click "Installed Content," scroll down and select Splice, then click "Uninstall."
You will be asked if you want to permanently delete Splice. Select Yes.
Restart Studio One Pro 7, open a new track, and hit "Install" next to Splice
Manual Reinstall
If issues persist, we recommend doing a manual re-install of the Splice Studio One Integration. Here is how to do that depending on your operating system:
Mac:
Open Finder and hit Shift + CMD + G.
Copy and paste the following filepath and hit enter:
~/Library/Application Support/PreSonus/Studio One 7/Extensions/com.splice.studio-one-integration.macDelete the entire
com.splice.studio-one-integration.macfolder by dragging it into the trash.Restart your computer and launch Studio One Pro 7
Open a new track and hit "Install" next to Splice
Windows:
Press
Win + Ron your keyboard to open the Run dialog.Copy and paste the following filepath and hit enter:
%appdata%\PreSonus\Studio One 7\Extensions\com.splice.studio-one-integration.winDelete the entire
com.splice.studio-one-integration.winfolder by dragging it into the trash.Restart your computer and launch Studio One Pro 7
Open a new track and hit "Install" next to Splice
