If you have finished paying for Studio One and receive this error, please click here.
If you are still renting Studio One, please make sure that you are signed into the Splice desktop client with an account that has a Studio One 5 Professional plan active before you open up your DAW to load Studio One 5 Professional. While you are on the Rent-to-Own plan, the client needs to verify Studio One 5 Professional once every few days.
To resolve this issue, please follow these troubleshooting steps in exact order:
- Close out of Splice
- Close Studio One
- Relaunch Splice and log into the account with the active Studio One plan
- Relaunch Studio One
If you are still having issues, please close Studio One again and reinstall Studio One directly from the Splice app.
