Overview

We are aware that some Windows users are experiencing issues when attempting to launch the Splice app on Windows 10 and 11. Our team has identified a solution and implemented it in the beta build of Desktop v5.1.9.

Solution

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Download and Install the Beta Version:

    • Click here to download the beta build of Desktop v5.1.9.

    • Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

  2. Important Notice:

    • Do not switch back to the stable version, as this may cause the issue to reappear.
