To cancel and unsubscribe from your Splice subscription, visit the plans page and select the "cancel" button for your subscription:
To cancel a Rent-to-Own plan, please click here.
After selecting a reason for cancelling, you'll be presented with the option to pause your subscription. If you're sure you want to cancel, scroll down and select the red "cancel subscription" button.
Once you've scheduled a cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and your plan will fully cancel on your next renewal date. We highly recommend using the Splice desktop app to download ALL of your purchased Splice content BEFORE your subscription expires, as you will not be able to do so once your subscription has been cancelled.
Keep in mind that you will not be able to redeem credits, download new or previously-purchased samples, use our native plugins (Bridge/Astra/Beatmaker), or otherwise utilize the platform once your subscription has been cancelled.
Your remaining credits will expire 28 days after your plan is cancelled, so if you change your mind, you can resubscribe at any time before then to reclaim your credits.
Once your subscription has been cancelled, you will not be able to access any of your purchased content via the desktop app. However, as long as your samples/presets have been downloaded locally to your device before cancelling, you can continue to access that content via your Splice folder, and the certified license for the content you’ve added to your library is yours in perpetuity. If you decide to resubscribe at any time in the future, you'll be able to re-download your entire library, and access your collections, software, and the Sounds marketplace.
