If you have a paid subscription to Splice (Sounds+, Creator, or Creator+), you will be granted a non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use the Sounds you incorporate into a Stack with Create in perpetuity, and in accordance with the terms set forth in our Terms of Use.

As a free user, you do not own your creations; your Stacks are for promotional, non-commercial use only. "Free users" include:

• users without a Splice account

• Splice users without an active subscription

• Splice users who are still on a free trial
