Splice subscribers can condense the core functionality of Splice into a handy Companion: a compact version of the app that can be used like a sidebar to a DAW.
To being using Companion mode, please click on the "Companion" icon at the top of the Desktop App:
Once you have the Companion selected, you can use it alongside your DAW to do all of the core functions offered in the Splice app, including:
Dragging samples into your DAW
Browsing for new sounds
Downloading and liking sounds
Auditioning sounds with Bridge
Once you're done with Companion mode, to get back to the main Splice App, click the gear icon and select "Open full window"
