Equator2 is saying my plan is expired. What should I do?
Updated over a year ago

Please make sure that you are signed into the Splice desktop client with an account that has an active Equator2 plan before you open up your DAW to load your plug-in. While you are on the Rent-to-Own plan, the client needs to verify the plugin once every few days.

In order to resolve this issue, please follow these troubleshooting steps in exact order:

  1. Close out of Splice

  2. Close your DAW

  3. Relaunch Splice and log into the account with the active Equator2 plan

  4. Open your DAW and launch the plug-in

  5. Please also be sure that you've installed and signed into ROLI Connect. You will want to use the same email tied to your Splice account for your ROLI account.

If you are still having issues, please again close your DAW and reinstall your Equator2 plug-in directly from the Splice app in the "Apps & Tools" section.

If you've fully paid off your Equator2 Rent-to-Own subscription and are being prompted for a serial number, your serial number will be shown here: https://splice.com/plugins/plans/equator2

If issues persist, please reach out to our team at here.
