Splice’s new Search with Sound feature, now available exclusively in Studio One Pro 7, allows you to quickly discover compatible sounds for your project using your existing audio or MIDI. Here's how to get started:

How to Use Search with Sound

  1. Drag in Audio: Drag and drop an audio file into the Search with Sound window:

  2. Capture Audio: Highlight a section within your Studio One session and click to capture the selection.

  3. Find Matching Sounds: Splice will instantly suggest top compatible sounds from its catalog.

  4. Refine Your Search: Use the filters to narrow down your options and audition sounds directly in sync with your project.

You can use Search with Sound on a single loop or across multiple audio and MIDI tracks for more complex sound matching.
