If you're seeing a prompt to "Enter Voucher" in Serato Sample after logging in with your Serato.com account—and your Splice Rent-to-Own plan is fully paid off—here is how to resolve it:
1. Close all Serato applications before proceeding.
2. Locate your Splice license folder:
On Windows:
C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\SpliceSettings\license

To reveal it:Open File Explorer

3. Delete this file:
