Troubleshooting your Splice x MPC Connection
Having trouble accessing your Splice files or Splice account on your AKAI MPC? Here are some common troubleshooting steps:
1.) Make sure your AKAI Firmware is up-to-date:
To update your firmware, visit Akai's page here. Choose your Akai hardware from the options below the banner, and then select Download on the product page. I believe you can also follow this tutorial for a step-by-step guide.
2.) Reset / Relink your MPC to your Splice account:
Open the Splice App in your MPC:
On your MPC ONE+, navigate to the Menu.
Find and tap on the Splice integration app.
Log Out of Splice:
Once inside the Splice app, you should see an option to manage your account.
Select Log Out or Disconnect to log out of your current Splice session.
Log Back In:
After logging out, return to the Splice app and select Log In.
Enter your Splice credentials (email and password).
Once logged in, try accessing your Splice account again.
Verify Connection:
After logging in, wait for the MPC to sync with your Splice account.
Check if the error message still appears.
If it does, can you please try connecting to a different WiFi network or a mobile hotspot
