Please make sure you are entering the address that is tied to your payment information when entering your card or PayPal information. In most cases, the address form will highlight any specific errors with your address. In some special cases, you may run into a generalized error when checking out. If you encounter this, please review the following:

If you are a citizen in the US, Canada, or any US territories, you are required to enter a zip code at checkout. If you are unsure of the zip code that is connected to your payment information, please contact your payment provider.

If you a citizen of Serbia and Montenegro, you will need to enter Serbia OR Montenegro as your country at check out.
