How to setup your Spitfire Audio account while renting through Splice

Before starting your Spitfire Audio lease, you will be prompted to either create a new Spitfire Audio account or link your Splice account to an existing Spitfire Audio account:

If you create a new Spitfire Audio account:

  • You will receive an email from Spitfire Audio

  • The email will contain instructions to set your password and register your account

  • The email will be sent to the same email address you use for your Splice account

If you already have a Spitfire Audio account:

  • The email address on your Spitfire Audio account must exactly match the email address on your Splice account

  • If the emails don’t match, the accounts will not link

  • To check your email addresses:

  • Before starting your lease:

    • Verify that both emails are the same to avoid linking issues

    • Update them accordingly if needed

If you log into the Spitfire Audio app and do not see your Splice-leased plugin, it is likely you are logged into the wrong account. Please contact support for assistance.
