When you start a Rent-to-Own plan for Serum, an Xfer account is automatically created using your Splice email address.
Please do NOT create a new account as one already exists with your Splice lease.
Log into Your Existing Xfer Account
Go to the XferRecords.com "sign in" page.
Click "Forgot your password?" to set a custom password.
Enter your Splice email address and submit the request.
Check your inbox for an email from Xfer with a password reset link.
Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and access your Xfer account.
If your Xfer account was created using an Apple Private Relay email address
If you created your Splice account using Sign in with Apple and selected Hide My Email, your Xfer account is created using your Apple Private Relay email address, not the personal Apple email address you chose to hide.
To access your Xfer account:
Go to splice.com/profile/settings and locate the email address associated with your Splice account.
Under Email, you should see your Apple Private Relay email address, which will look similar to this:
Copy your Apple Private Relay email address, then go to the Xfer Records sign-in page.
Click Forgot your password?
Enter your Apple Private Relay email address and submit the password reset request.
Check your inbox for an email from Xfer containing a password reset link.
If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. You can then sign in to Xfer using your Apple Private Relay email address and new password.
